And Saadia, no. Drusilla knew even before Spike did. She knew way back when she left him for the Chaos demon in 1998 - she said to Spike, "You're all covered with her. I look at you... all I see is the Slayer." It was in a flashback in "Fool for Love".

Oooh tricky! The First Evil first took form as Jenny Calender to torment Angel after he was brought back from hell. I was going to say Daniel the Irish guy that Angel first dreams about but since that was technically a flashback/dream/vision I don't think it counts.
