It is now available and I will be putting it onto the Resources page...but thanks to the efforts of Luisa and Heather and Me you have a First Season "Print" edition.

Non-members have to refer them to the site to obtain a copy.
It is 2.1Mb and 231 pages long. So be prepared to wait.
