A heavyset man who wears glasses and dark business suits, and black hair that has started to go grey. Despite being 68, an observer would think he must be in his mid-50s.

BACKGROUND:
Anthony Constillias was the son of a watcher and an American woman, so grew up in a family steeped in supernatural lore. Though his father tried to convince him to become a Watcher, young Anthony found himself rejecting the Council as “ineffective” and “too dependent on the life of a single girl.” Made aware of how they operated, he rejected the idea of the Slayers being under control of the Council, believing instead that they would more properly work as guides.
At age 24, to avoid working for the council, Anthony joined the United States Army. Sent to Vietnam, his unit came under attack by a group of demons. His description of the incident left implications that he had further knowledge of the supernatural, which brought him to the attention of Majestic 12 three years later.
Showing his knowledge of the occult world to be more general than other agents, Constillias was assigned to Majestic’s Intelligence department. It was 1964. In 1968, he drafted a memo to Majestic Command proposing the indirect involvement of the agency in business to further their contacts in the occult and generate revenue at the same time. As a result, he was placed in charge of Project Midas, and oversaw the creation of Constillias Publications, a firm specialising in the printing and publishing of magical texts.
Anthony was involved with a faction of Majestic 12 attempting to continue Project Lazarus, also called 314 or The Initiative. He endeavoured to exploit Majestic Agent Galen Eldridge in an attempt to learn who the head of the opposing faction in MJ12 was. Algernon Farefax, the head of that faction, personally arranged his death while seizing power in the organisation.
In midseason four, a twist of fate saw the final revenge of Constillias as his bastard son Tony Green put into action his own personal vendetta against those responsible for his father’s death.
POWERS/ABILITIES:
Anthony is CEO of Constillias Publications, which specialises in publishing and printing magical texts. He is the intelligence representative in LA, and uses his contacts in the occult world to get information for the organisation. Also, Anthony has an extensive library of information on the occult.
