DESCRIPTION:
Since completing its tuition of Marcus Dalton, (which was done as a somewhat elderly man) Onyx has taken the form of beautiful young woman, with dark hair and blue eyes. Her lithesome build disguises a considerable strength that takes people by surprise as does her innocent appearance.

BACKGROUND:
The entity calling itself Onyx is a demon of unknown provenance. Apparently bound to the Dalton family sometime during the late 1500’s. In its natural form it is a vaguely insectile humanoid biped, matt black in colour. It can however be bound to an appropriate human corpse by a necromancer after which the demon animates the corpse with its own abilities.
POWERS/ABILITIES:
Onyx is physically stronger than a human and is capable of matching most vampires. She is intelligent and knowledgeable as well as possessing certain innate magic gifts - she can cloud minds and alter memories though she requires significant time to make major changes.
Onyx can also take on any human form she wishes, while its human form is no more resistant to damage than normal destroying its disguise only reveals its true shape, which is considerably harder to destroy.
