Allen Flash aka The First Spectrum (DECEASED)
Costume: Spectrum I's costume was a lot like the current Spectrum's costume, but with a few small differences. The main difference was that instead of a cape, the origianl Spectrum wore a cloak. The cloak was green, while the main body was blue. The right hand was violet, and left had was indigo. The right foot was orange, the left was yellow. His mask, which covered his eyes and not much else, was colored red.
History: Spectrum I was born in 1933. In similar fasion to the current Spectrum, he was plauged with random seizures as the result of a bright light that only he could see. All seemed lost until one day, while unconcious as the result of a siezure, Allen heard a voice in his head (whom he assumed to be god or some other higher being) who told him that it was his destiny to control the light and help others. After than day, the seizures stopped and Allen had limited control over "the light".
As he grew up, Allen grew fond of mysteries and superheros, especially the hero known as "The Citizen", who seemed to be perfect and be able to do no wrong. Allen then became a private investigator who used his abilities (which he now had more control over) to help him solve his cases and stop bad guys (if that's what the case called for). Because of his powers, Allen Flash grew to be a popular private investigator, and this caught the attention of The Citizen.
The Citizen came to visit him. What they talked about nobody is sure, but after that, Allen dawned the name "Spectrum" and fought crime instead of solving crimed (although it is said that he did his share of that as well). It is rumored that the citizen helped support Allen who was now a full time superhero, but that is also undisclosed.
Years past, and Spectrum grew older and had the strange sense of impending doom. One night, he heard the same voice in his head and learned about a girl named Lori Grant. Spectrum found this girl, and helped her learn to control her powers. Not to long after than, Spectrum was killed.
It is not known who killed him.
