    Costume:Ran around the town having fun, excersize, he climbed thing alot swung around polls whatever he found he messes with
Special Effects: when he gets real mad an aura of fire surrounds him and he can use the ability of fire history:
    Before you got your powers: did everyhting i just wrote about How you got your powers: his town was over run with demons, he manage to kill a few but he was sliced across the chest with a strange blade by some other "hero" who was fighting the demons. that slice across the chest gave Shadow un natural abilities
    After you got your powers: He ran from the demons, and as he was running he was learning his abilities along the run away from his city, as he did he tried to help others..

    villain Name: Captain Vash Powers: he has the untaimed ability of Lightining. He can launsh large bolts of electricity from his hands he has two average pistols that he is quite trained with.
    Why is this person your enemy?: His boss mysteriously found out anout me, and is sending loads of hunters after me, this one being his first to send

    Fire generation: when very mad can unleash a enough fire to burn a house limited invisibility

Q: Why did you keep this character?
A: Because of this line:

There is a story there that sounded interesting. So i did't reject this one out of hand and I hope that we will hear more from this person so that they can elaborate on this character.

There is a germ of an idea there that I want to hear about.
